well Ive lost 80lbs and i did it on my own ..all i did was watch what i eat..no carbohydrates like pasta and bread...don't eat alot of fruits because that turns into fat from the sugar..if you want to eat fruit have it right after you exercise...drink 8 glasses or water....have alot of protein ...but don't starve yourself doing that slows down your metabolism....make sure you eat breakfast i like having oatmeal or special K strawberry cereal. have a variety and you can cheat once a week aslong as you exercise 3 to 4 times a week...and dont stop your diet if you cheat more then once just get back on it again
Have a look at www.healthyaffairs.com
Just exercise...walking is free!
Eat more fruit, veggies, beans and whole grains and less meat, dairy, white flour and refined sugar.
