I need to lose weight, can you help me??


Question: I eat healthy food and i swim 3 or 4 times a week for 2 hours each time. I am 1.68 mts, and weigh about 68 kilos (sorry, i dont know pounds not inches). I really want to lose weight in my hips, thighs, and tummy. How can I do that in a month? With what I eat and the swimming I don't lose weight, what can I do at home, without spending money? (btw, i have an orbitrek at home that is like a machine that is like a bicycle but you are standing up... something like that, you get the idea!) PLEASE help me!

Explanation

go running it is the best way to loose wieght from the hips and that area
this is prob ur bodys way of sayin ur the right weight and u dont need to lose anymore! listen to it there are wayyyy to many people out there who should listen when their body tells them this....
Try Pilates!

I'm about to take a summer class at school which includes Yoga and Pilates and a few other things. Perhaps you should try looking for a class at a school near you (i know you said you don't want to spend money, but it could be worth it).
hi a friend of mine was in the same position, and was having difficulties loosing weight, so wee found a way for her to do just that, it isn't very pleasant tasting, but it really worked. she had homemade cabbage soup every day for a month and lost over 25 pounds. so maybe you could give that a try and still eat the foods you like as well. good luck hope you have success.
