If you are asking because you are trying to cut carbs though, my advice is to just stop drinking for a little while. ( I know easier said than done, cause I'm only on week 2 of my no alcohol diet) simply because beer is liquid bread. All alcohol turns into sugar in your body and it doesn't really offer any nutrients that your body needs.
