How do i boost my metabolism??


Answers: (1) Aerobic exercise 5 times a week

(2) Go to bed early (say 9:30pm) and leave bed early for a start-up exercise

(3) Eat small meals (6 or more per day)

(4) Keep yourself warm (yes, it works) turn off a/c in summer, turn on a fan

(5) Avoid cold food and drinks

(6) Reduce number of driving your car

(7) Clean your house, clean your kitchen more often
Chromium Picolinate... I think I spelled it right. It worked for me. Hope I helped!!!
Green tea is supposed to help, also Apple Cider Vinegar. One-A-Day has a multi-vitamin called Weight Smart with green tea and chromium picolinate(another helper). I swear by them. I have been taking them for some time, and have noticed improvement. I also have got several other people turned onto them. The good thing is they are safe with no wierd herbal things in them.
