Help pleeeeeeeeeeeease need new ideas to lose weight??
Question: i have 10-15 pds to lose by june 24
ive lost 35 already but that was while i was breastfeeding since i stopped i cant seem to lose a pound!! i eat 1200-1500 calories a day i drink tons of water i was jumping rope but ive hurt my ankle and cant get to a gym so a stationary bike is out of the question im starting to panic which is really bad for me because in the past ive had problem with bulimia and i dont want to go back but im panicking so much now that its starting to get tempting..... i need to start losing pounds again before i relapse....help please :(
and yes i know u should lose 2 pds a week to be healthy but im not even losing an ounce at the moment

eat healthier foods and eat less snacks!!! if you eat less you'll lose more. im not saying you stop eating but just eat less junk and just less snacks all together. how much do you weigh?
Well, heres what I would suggests since your angle is hurt you may not be able to run, but it may be possible to swim. So I say swim (do length) for at least 30 minutes I day am keep eating your 1500 calories, but healthy calories no chips and pops and the likes.
