How can i lose alot of weight really quikly??


Answers: fast. it really works. no food, only juices and water. i lost 3 pounds in one day when i fasted. if you are looking for long term results then just start exersises your butt off - litterally lol

that's too unhealthy, there is no reason to do something that is so harmful for your body
The quicker you lose, the quicker it comes back. A good rule to follow is 2 pounds a week....sometimes 3 as long as you're eating enough and exercising. If you are just beginning and follow a healthy eating plan with exercise you will probably lose a larger amount at the very beginning, but should taper to the amounts I said above. Good luck with your weight loss goals.
Exercise and drink lots of water. Eating a little less won't hurt, or simply exercise a lot.
Exercise, eat Healthy vegetarian only not cheese or dairy either. Drink lots of water.Also work hard and take on alot of stress like I do, you'll be skinny in no time. I can't seem to gain any weight no matter what I do. It's the Stress.
lose 10 pounds a month by eating 800 calories and burning 500..that's how I did. You have to really enjoy excercising though. Also drink lots of green tea. I like the Arizona brand. But it has to be diet.
