What is the fastest way to lose weight??

I've had a lot of luck with Weight Watcher...the points system is so flexible that I can choose what I want to eat
Cut out sugar and junk food completely! It seroiusly works. Drink a LOT of water, and run miles! Every day run, or at least walk. Running gets the best results

There is no fast way to lose weight.Losing weight takes time.Watch what you eat,cut out oils and fats eat vegetables and fruits.Make up a great work out plan of course it will take time but you will have better results.If you fast,the weight that you lost will double when it comes back.I think you should just do it the healthy way instead of risking your health to lose weight sooner.

The faster you lose it the faster you'll gain it back. Eat less and exercize more. Drink more water. Make lifestyle changes...for example, make a daily walk or run part of your routine instead of just doing it sporatically. You have to change your eating habits for life, not just go on a diet. Focus on living healthier instead of losing weight, and you'll lose the weight at a safe rate.

No sugar, no sodas, for two weeks eat all the meat you want with vegetables.
In two weeks you will reduce quite a lot.
BUT REMEMBER NOOOOO SUGAR, NOOOOO SODAS.

Have lots of sex with a good guy(like me!!) several times a day and that will burn a lot of calories.
Eat a high protien diet, low carb (don't cut them out completely, just eat the right ones) drink lots of water (no soda or caffine) and exercise at least 3 times a week. Also try eating several small meals a day, rather than 3 big meals.....and don't eat anything after 7pm.
