Gaining weight is a problem...??

Question: I have been small(5'8 110 lbs.) my entire life. Was less than 4 lbs. at birth. I have tried everything I know to try. What are your suggestions?
Answers: Stop trying anything to gain more weight. You're not that small, in fact that the weight range that many girls want, like the fashion models, celebrities, etc. As long as you have a balanced diet and don't have any health problem, it's OK, why do you want to change that? But, if you still want to gain weight, you should eat more healthy food, not just one with high calories. Try exercise more, like cardio and weight training, it will make the weight you gain spread evenly and maintain a proportional figure.
R u anarexic.......if u r then that is your problem. or just eat ALOT of bad food, like KFC, Burger King, Mc donalds(aka McFat Fat), and Lot-of cookies and chips, and pizza. and do not exersize.
Well my suggestions, are gaining weight is a problem its really a problem when you dont know when to stop eating.
But trust me I've been super skiny at fist and gained some weight to, but I learned how to handle it, thats my advice to you.
Bad foods arenot the answer, these lead to health problems. Try eating foods high in complex carbohydrates. Rice, breads and potatoes are great for this. Do not get laxy...The reason alot of people have problems gaining weight is they are very active. You need to intake more in order to counteract this but still stay healthy. 5'8 and 110... doesnt sound too skinny at all.
