What is a good weight loss routine/method??

Answers: I have a way to lose weight that is just natural. WALK. I gained 25 lbs from moving in with my boyfriend and so i started walking...3.5 miles during lunch on a hilly route and sometimes another 2-3.5 after work. And its enjoyable. I dropped 15 lbs in the past 2 months..and the thing is when you lose it slow..you gain it slow..its not one of those fasting diets where you drop it in a week and gain it back and its not a carb diet which can damage your heart. Its just natural and i feel awesome..plus i dont eat junk food..i snack on veggies and fruits and other power foods.
exersize and follow those verb commercials...... GO PLAY

and drink water, and laxatives to make u poop out fat
I like to eat, so after doing every routine of my day, I eat nothing after 4:00 p.m. daily. This has helped me to lose weight. I walk a little bit more as well. You personally know that all of those pills, weighing this and that, and all of those books, are a bunch of bull. It only makes the companies who devise all this mess incredibly richer. With this time frame of 4:00 p.m., I can honestly feel comfortable NOT EATING. The secret here is that I have denied myself nothing. True, I may not lose weight as fast as others, but I will continue to lose weight because I am happy! God Bless.
Stop eating at McDonalds and Chinese Buffet.
A good weight loss method would be to eat smaller meals more frequently. If you were to eat 6 smaller meals a day, your metabolism would speed up over time and therefore burn off more fat and calories. Aerobic excercise 2 to 3 times a week would also be reccommended. Those diet pills such as hydroxy cut are not a bunch of bull as previously stated. If you were to follow a decent diet and excerctise 2 to 3 times a week and take those pills you will lose 5-10 pounds in a month. The weight does not come right back on after you are off the pills either, i would only reccomend taking the pills for the first few months to you into a healthy eating mode. Then as you come off the pills you will already have a good diet and excercise routine in place.
i have heard good things about e-diet.com. i know a lady who has done really well with l.a. weightloss. exercise and some light weight training will help alot. that's what i am trying to do, plus not eating when i am bored.(stay at home mom)i quit smoking with baby #3 and packed on the pounds. i have also found that an exercise ball is great. good luck!
The best routine is a weight control routine that you can use for a lifetime. Losing the weight and keeping it off require the same skills that can serve you well for a lifetime.

A Week in the Zone by Dr. Sears changed the way I think about food and eating. Also, I wrote a very short book myself, A Few Bites A Day , that teaches you what I learned to take 30 pounds off and keep it off (for 4 years now). You can read more at my blog (link below).
