How can I lose wight without being depressed...??
Question: I would like to lose some weight, but I dont want to feel like crap everyday, plz help me!!!!

Workout with a bud or a groups if you can.....very sociable time and support for reaching your goals.........
You do not usually see in shape people from workouts depressed...it the opposite...people who do not work on self improvements
People who work out set goals.....who work out to live better and longer..have very good mind sets for working on other goals and handling problems

you shouldnt feel like crap if you really are into wat you are doing, look up articles at www.bodybuilding.com they have alot of stuff you can read on with multiple opinions so its not all one sided since many things can work depending on the person doing it.... eat right and work out... i wont lie it will be hard work to lose bodyfat but it is like building a house... a pain to do but when its finally done you can have so much fun with it
The best way to lose weight is to eat all you want of good tasting healthy foods. See site below. Also site has a page about getting rid of depression if you are prone to that. It has foods that the USDA have found are antidepressant.
