I quite smoking 2 weeks ago. Now how do I get rid of the munchies??

I think you should not smoke so you should throw away any things that let you smoke. Remember smoke can harm your health!

Unfortunately, you must deal with the munchies. When I stopped smoking, I would come home from work and literally put the honey jar to my mouth and drink. (I like honey and craved sweets.)
However, a better thing to do is to eat lots of fruits. The carbohydrates in fruits help you through this difficult time in your life. BUT DO NOT GIVE UP.
By the way, exercise also helps you through this period by increasing the feel-good chemicals in your brain.
I don't want to go into all the possible things you can do to help you to completely stop smoking and to minimize your cravings because there are too many.
