Question: i play softball but right now we are in comditioning barely doing anythin, but on tuesdays and thursdays we run 1/2 a mile and plus 30 crunches, some bicycle things and foot work how can i loose 60??before april?
Answers: Sounds like your doing well on the exercise stuff just watch what you eat and don't eat after 7pm..I work out at a gym and this is what i'm told..Good luck and keep up the good work!!
reduce your calories and increase your cardio. Drink lots of water and get plenty of sleep. No other way. Takes time but you should start seeing improvements in less then 2 weeks.
Get yourself on a great nutrition plan, (look around on legitimate websites, most should offer diet advice for free) and exercise as much as you can without hurting yourself. Try to expel more energy than you take in. (work out more calories than you take in)

There is no easy fix. It takes knowledge, willpower, and patience.
just eat right and excercise or have one of your parents take you to a doctor
Just cut down on food portions, sodas, sweets, etc.
loosing 60 of it is way to much by april. start with a smaller goal like 10-30. if you are tall then you weight may be normal for the height. good luck
By April...that's a tall order, however you might find the right program at http://www.weightlossgirl.com
Your are going to need alot of work to loose it before april, depending on your body type that could be an unreachable goal before april. Drink water, count calories, take a multivitamin and keep working your butt off and you can do it. Even if it's not 60 pounds you'll feel better and you will drop at least 35 before then. Don't get upset if it's not the entire 60 you still did a great job
You cannot lose 60 lbs by April. It's asking too much of yourself and it's just not healthy. A healthy weight loss is 1-2 lbs per week. I would seriously talk to your doctor, or have your doc send you to a nutritionist. At 15 you may need to lose 60 lbs...you're not saying your height or body build...but it sounds like A LOT for someone your age. Weight Watchers is another healthy solution. But don't put unrealistic expectations on yourself. You'll feel bad and you may make yourself sick. Good luck!
You can try to eat less, because you seem to be doing well in the exercise department. In the meantime though you could also try to brush up on your English and your grammar.
1. drink a lot of water.
2. eat breakfast at 6:30 every morning
3. keep your heart level up for at least 2 hours/day
4. eat lunch consisting of fruits and vegetables and meat at 12:00pm
5. eat a snack at 3pm of fruit
6. eat a light supper no later than 6:30pm.
The reason that I say start at 6:30am is because it will stimulate your metabolism and the earlier you eat, the more breakfast you can eat
The reason that I say at least 30 min of aerobic exercise/day is because the longer that you keep your heart rate up the more energy you burn.
The reason that I have put you on a schedule of times to eat is because this schedule keeps your metabolism up. The later that you eat supper, the more likely that the calories that you consume at dinner will turn to fat.
I suggest a lot of water because it has no calories and it aids the digestive process. I suggest fruit and vegetables because they do not have many calories and they digest easily.
Eat nuts in the morning because they are difficult to digest and will keep you full longer.
Good luck getting into shape.
By the way, if you run for at least 30 minutes/day you can go out to eat 1 time per week.
The only way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you put in your body each day.
no carbs...no sugar, bread, anything that has carbs...but remember it's not good to loose that much weight that fast. Watch what you eat, lowered carbs and lowered fat, and excercise. Take a multivitamin every day and just be happy if you loose 10 lbs.

Good luck and don't over do it, loosing too much weight will make you sick.
Before April could be hard and unhealthy, but the weight can be lost......

First you need to make sure you are eating healthy. Eat 5-6 smaller meals each day instead of 3 larger meals. Avoid fried foods, simple carbs, sugars and basically all of the tasty stuff. Do not starve yourself or you will gain everything back when you begin to eat normal again. You want to eat a healthy amount that you can maintain, you do not want to diet . A lifestyle change will be needed to lose the weight and maintain the loss. Do not try to lose weight too fast or that can be unhealthy as well.

Second, you need more exercise. a 1/2 mile two days a week is no where near enough cardio. You need to do cardio (swimming, running, biking, etc.) for 30-60 minutes at least 3 times a week if not more. Also add strength training of some kind at least two days a week to build muscle. Lean muscle will help boost your metabolism which can also help keep weight off.

Drink plenty of water to help flush toxins out of your system and keep you hydrated.

Keep with it and the weight will come off.
Weight Watchers is a really good program. Join with a friend/family member. If you have someone pushing you, it makes it a little easier. Me and a friend joined and have lost about 20lbs. in roughly 1 1/2 months. Once you get used to it (a week or so into it), it's really the easiest diet I've ever done! You can even still have taco bell, mcdonalds,etc,...but it's all about portions. It makes you really realize what you've been eating is sooo much more than what you should be eating. Give it a try....and stick to it...you WILL see results..and you'll be happier and healthier!! Good luck to you!
