If you like kool-aid or other sweet drinks, try fruit2o (fruity water), Propel (fruity water by gatorade), or CRYSTAL LIGHT drink mixes. I once traded in my kool-aid for crystal light while I was pregnant, and didn't gain any weight between visits with my doctor.
If you want a little help, go invest in a good OTC diet pill like TrimSPA or Propolene. I don't recommend Stackers, but that's only because I don't know many people who can take stimulants the way I do. DO NOT take more than the recommended dosage, and don't take them too late in the day, or you won't sleep.

COMMIT to changing your lifestyle, NOT just dropping a few pounds for whatever happens in a month, and thinking it's going to be forever. If you cannot commit, then do not complain.
