What 's the best excercises to lose weight quick?(don't say "sex"- I've mastered that one!!) What else???
Answers: You can start with brisk walks, then move up to jogging. Unfortunately the best are the ones that aren't that fun...also drink a lot of water and watch what you eat...I wish you the best of luck. But remember...if you lose it too quick it can be very bad for you...on average once you become active and eating better, you can lose 5-7 lbs in your first week and then 2-3 lbs every week thereafter.
