Can any body gimme a good workout regime? My height is 170.Cms and i weigh 82 Kgs....??


Answers: Cardio (walking fast for one hour every day is good) and also 2-3 days a week do some weight training (with at least one days rest in between)...you need to do weights to build muscle. Muscle burns uses more energy (calories) than fat does so the more muscle you have, the more energy you will use automatically.
