Diet/weight loss??


Question: food to eat while on a diet
breakfast: grapefruit and cornflakes
lunch: salad
dinner: cornflakes
how much should you exercise a day
i go to the gym reguarly and exercise for roughly 30 mins should i do more
any tips

Answers: Hi, forget diets, have you heard of food optimising ?..[ slimming world ] you have a choice of what is called green days and original days...on the green days, you can eat unlimited pasta, rice and grains, beans, lentils and pulses, very low fat dairy products, vegetable proteins, eg quorn and tofu..Eggs, all vegetables including potato's. all fresh and frozen fruit..

All of the above are known as free foods so fill your plate up..and if you want go back for seconds, go for it and still lose weight....


if your more of a meat person, then the original day is for you..you can eat eat unlimited meat, pork, beef, chicken, veal, gammon, including bacon, fish and seafood, game, very low fat dairy products, vegetable proteins, eggs , most vegetables, fresh and frozen fruit..

again, the above are known as free foods, sooo fill your plate...

If you are having an original day,and want potato's for example, then you have to weigh the potato's, pasta ect, and take them as a healthy extra.

If you are having a green day and you want some meat, then you would have to measure the meats ect..taken again as a healthy extra].....

You have a choice of having 2 A choices, and two B choices every day..milk, cheese, rolls, or bread...cereals and crisp breads for examples...there are loads more to choose from, and if you are sweet toothed, then thats when you can rely on your syns for sweets, puddings, crisps, chocolate ect..if you like the idea of this diet then please go on line and find your nearest slimming world group..you will be amazed at what you can eat...My little girl who is ten has been on it with myself, she has lost 4-1/2 pounds in 3 weeks...myself have lost 3-1/2 pounds, I was on this food optimising two years ago and lost 17lbs..I know it works and works well..Its all about healthy eating and not dieting..hope this helps...Jackie...ps it sounds complicated but its not...its as easy as 1 2 3....
Wow, you sound anorexic. You should eat more than salad, cornflakes, and grapefruit.

But hell, if you can do it and you aren't worried about your health then by all means.

And instead of the same routine, vary it, it's better for weightloss.
it all depends on your metabolism.
either way, you should still eat more.
and if you feel like you're gonna put on weight, exercise more to even it out.

but you need to eat a little more, you're not getting enough nutrients. see a dietictian for healthy tips.
babe, you need to add some protein in your diet. toss some chicken in that salad. Make sure the milk you're using in your diet is skim milk or 1%. Exercise for 45 minutes. If you keep doing the same thing over and over your body will stop burning fat becuz it will get use to your eating habit. Change it up a little.Exercise 5 times a week. Do cardio and weight training, weight training will help you lose inches and weight. make sure you stretch. Good idea eating grapefruits, these burn fat especially in the midsection. Also take vitamins.
I personally just switched to an all organic diet and have lost twenty or more pounds without even exercising. It is a diet outlined in a book called The Makers diet written by Jordan Rubin. There is also a web site, Makersdiet.com. Eat what you want inside these guidlines and enjoy the weight loss. Good luck and keep an open mind to it, for your sake.
this is not a diet,this will lead to serious health problems ,I'm afraid..you need protein and some fat to be always healthy and beautiful.
Eat Organics and Natural foods only. Do the mini bouncer at least 10 minutes every morning.
How much weight have you got to lose ?
why not try special k instead of cornflakes they are nicer

what ever your doing your diet is pants!
wheres the carbs! the protein! any muscle tone and size that you may have gained while doing this 30 Min's work out will be lost because your diet is poor!
chicken, fish, veg, fruit you body needs all these things and more to keep it healthy!
i heard that you burn more calories if you eat something different every day. if your body has to recognize different foods every day, it will burn more. does that make sense? i hope this helps. good luck. oh and walking alot helps. it seriously makes fat melt. i love it.
