How do you get rid of cellulite???
Question: I know what everyone's going to say-- lose weight. Well, I recently lost 55 pounds. I am now average size-- yes, I could probably lose a few more pounds, buuut a size 8 isn't sooo bad. The thing is, when I was bigger, my skin was firmer & I had very little cellulite. Since I've lost weight, though, my skin just isn't as tight/ firm as it used to be. I now have bumps all over my thighs that weren't there before. Gross, I know. That's why I'm DYING to know-- is there any way i can get rid of cellulite effectively [I highly doubt that creams & whatnot do the trick, so anything else]? Clearly, weight loss alone does not do the trick. HELP!!
Answers: Have you trying dieting and doing squats a few times a week? I always see ads for creams, I don't know if they work, buy I guess you can always ask for a refund if is doesn't http://www.cellulite-reduction.biz
The only other thing I can think of is surgery. Seeing as weight loss and creams don't work. If you find something effective let me know! :o)
One of my good friends is a Dr, and I asked her the same question. And she said, while diet and exercise will help some, as do some skin-firming creams, for the most part, get used to it! It's hereditary. So, it looks like people like you and me, while doing all we can to prevent it, may always have some.
Hi, I agree with you... I've done the creams and they really didn't seem to work.
I'm not overweight but I have noticed that when I stop working out of long periods of time (6+ months), I start getting noticeable cellulite on my butt and thighs. Gross. This is what has worked for me: I got a body brush (from the Body Shop), and use it to dry-brush my legs and butt before I shower. Dry-brushing is supposed to help improve circulation and eliminate toxins from your body, plus it feels good. I also work out at least 4 times a week (mostly Pilates and yoga), and try to drink 10 glasses of water a day.
I began doing this in November (had not worked out for about 8 months prior to that), when my cellulite was quite obvious, and right now, I have to squeeze my butt hard for it to be noticeable.
Cellulite is just a gender specific deposit of fat that gets caught up in the network of fibers in the body. Your tissue can only expand so much, and when fat cells get trapped in that network it creates the unattractrive bulge that we know as cellulite. To avoid it completely, you need to get your total body fat index at or below 25%.
Getting rid of it once you have it isn't as easy as diet and exercise. In fact, losing weight can make cellulite deposits stand out even more. Detoxifying and cleansing diets, as well as an hour long aerobic exercise regime are really the only sure fire ways to see a dramatic change. Drink lots of water and eat lots of fruits and vegetables that are water dense.
And don't let it bother you too much, it's a problem lots of women have to live with.
Many people ask me how they can slim down. I recommend that people eat right and exercise. However, if they would like a little help , I suggest using natural Hoodia (it's important to note that not all Hoodia works well, even if the bottle says pure or standard ).
The Hoodia sold at http://tinyurl.com/y389on is in my opinion the best Hoodia on the market. It's pure, has no side effects, and they give you a free 15 day sample (there is a $7.99 shipping and handling charge, but they also give you free recipe and diet guides). Fantastic results have been seen with this particular Hoodia.
