How do i lose my gut??
Question: its not really huge but you can notice i have one when i wear just a plain t-shirt, and im going on vacation on feb. 18th and i ADORE the beach and its pretty hard to go there with a gut and it would just be plain embarrassing and i know people are all diff. sizes and shapes w/e but i just wanna lose a gut, help?
im 14 yrs old, 160cm tall and im normal sized im not dangerously thin, i have curves mmk?
Answers: At 14 years old, your natural metabolism is at its peak. Unless you are eating poorly or totally inactive, you should have no problem losing your gut . some suggestions would be to eat more fruits and vegetables in lieu of fat laden meals such as burgers, steaks, and lay off the junk foods like chips and pop. Eat better and take up jogging. good luck

i tryed it and i lost like 5lbs off my gut
look... most kids don't want to do what it takes to lose the weight BUT!!! if your serious cut down on your food in take & go walking 4 atleast 45 min. three days out of the week & youll lose weight dont give up and do some situps at least 15 minutes at night.
I'm thinking just work out for a while...I'm around the same stuff and I'm struggling with losing mine...(I've got a weight bench, it's helping dramatically)
