When is it the best time to run??
Question: after u get up in the morning or before u go to bed at night
Answers: Many people will tell you the best time to work out is in the morning, but the BEST time for you to go running is whenever you most feel like doing it. The time of day does not change the effects, so you should go whenever it is easiest for you.

If people really thought it was only good to run in the early AM or late PM, too many people would not run at all. Running before bed might keep you awake. Some people barely make it to school/work on time--much less have the desire to run in the cold before that.

From what i have herd most trainers and doctors dsay dont run before bed because your getting yourself all riled up, but i think it doesnt matter. If you want to wake yoursef up, run in the AM, if you want to tired yourself out then run in the PM, but other than that run when you want.
