Can anyone plzzzzzzzz tell me a proper diet plan to lose 3lbs in 2 weeks??
Answers: Run for half an hour everyday, skip McDonald's, eat healthy fruit and stuff. Exercise and food.
Or you could just eat 1 meal a day.
First of all if you drink sodas? Cut them out all together. That in it self will let you loose 3lbs. No carbs and do cardio oh and lots of water

the only one I know of where you can lose weight quickly that actually works is the cabbage soup diet. I know it sounds bad but it's not really. Basically you make up a whole load of cabbage soup(has to be homemade) but you can add whatever veg you like to it.
day 1. Eat as much of the soup as you like but nothing else
day 2. Eat as much soup as you like plus as much fruit as you can
day 3. As day 2 but veg instead of fruit
day 4. As day 2/3 having a variety of fruit and veg
day 5. baked potato plus soup/fruit/veg
day 6. same as day 5
day 7. add red meat
you should only do this diet for a week at a time but you can lose up to about 10lb. The average is between 3lb and 7lb
The reason the cabbage soup diet works is because you lose muscle along with the fat. This is highly undesirable. You NEED protein on a regular basis to maintain your lean weight and this diet offers none. Also, eating only one meal per day is very tough on your system. As you will no doubt be used to eating more, if you do this your body will think you are starving and will start to hold on to fat as much as it can - again you will lose muscle.
3lbs isn't much (I'm from NZ so work in kg), and is easily doable in 2 weeks. Try this, it has worked for me in the past: eat 5 SMALL meals per day, approx 3 hours apart. Include a lean protein source in each, or use a shake to replace up to 3 of the meals. Cut out sugar, and keep carbs to only 3 of those meals each day. Finally, make sure you do 30-45mins of walking OR 15-20mins running 3-4 times per week before breakfast.

Exercise EVERY day. Now, if it is 30 lbs. you want to lose in 2 weeks. thaat is impossible. But if you stick to what I suggested and eat plenty of lean meats and veggies you will atleast lose about ten lbs. in those two weeks.
