How do i stop eating??
Question: i love to eat-chips, cookies, crackers, cake(quadruple cs!). its not a big deal, because i like to exercise alot, and im even a little under my average weight, but it makes me fell greedy!
Answers: look at the serving size. usually for cookies, chips, crackers its a meals worth-cut it in half for a snack.
if your eating heavy cakes (basically chocolate) try eating angel food cake. its less calories and sooooooooooo good!

Hmmm, well I wouldn't worry too much. Maybe if you exercised less, then you're body wouldn't want as much food. But you run the risk of gaining weight, so watch out.
well if your not overweight I wouldn't worry about it, just make sure that you look out on what you eat and how much of the portion you take. Especially with the illness of diabetes
don't buy them but once a month. Keep ingredents in your home so you can make them from scratch, that way you have think in advance that you want them and have to put forth the effort to make them. It also makes them taste better when you don't have them as often.
