Is the P90X exercise programs good for a beginner??


Question: I've been hurt for the last 3 months and wanna get back into working out. Is P90X a good program for a beginner to use. Or is it for a more advanced person?
Answers: from looking at this, i cannot recommend for beginner...also if you're over 40 (definitely 50) it might be rough

but, it appears that you could work at your own level and pace...just take it easy...if you're in pain the next day or two after the workout, slow it down...don't do it as hard as they are on the dVDs
