Fastest way of losing one inch that is 4 pounds. Can anybody suggest??
Question: Only through exercise and diet ok..
Answers: It sounds as if you are trying to lose weight for a specific occasion. If you are serious about losing weight, you must start by changing your mindset. Weight gain is primarily caused by an imbalance between food intake and energy output which is typically referred to as calories in vs. energy out. If your activity level has reduced and your food intake remains the same or has increased you will gain weight.
To get started you must become motivated to lose the extra weight and inches. This is the psychological phase of weight loss. The next phase is setting a goal so you have a target point. It would not hurt to set the target just a little bit over your intended goal, but not too far off, you want to keep it realistic and within a range that you can handle. Next you should setup a set time/schedule to do your workout (be sure to consult with your doctor before any form of activity regardless of how you think you are feeling physically). Stick to your schedule, if you miss a session, don't get frustrated, just continue your next session as normal. Key words: DESCIPLINE, CONSISTENCY, MOTIVATION.
Walking, speed walking/power walking, jogging are good starting points once you have received clearance from your doctor.
Change your eating habit, which means eat more balanced meals, fibres (vegetables, nuts, fruits), dairy (moderate servings especially if they are not low-fat), green vegetables, water and have your doctor prescribe a multvitamin supplement to give you a boost.
Finally, get proper rest. One of the secrets of seeing results after doing all this hard work is sleeping well. most of the metabolizing, breakdown and digestion takes place during sleep and your muscles and overall body get the chance to recharge which will boost your energy to do a better workout the next session.
Good luck.

just exercise a ton...and i know they say not eating as much doesnt help but it does...or just eat more fruits and less fattening stuff....especially carbs....those are terrible
Eat good, sweat alot, and drink at least 200 oz. of water a day. You'll have to go to the bathroom alot, but it works. Worked for me!
Run to California or New York, whichever is further. Oh...don't eat while you do it.
Water, water, water. Tons of it. At least 150-200 ounces a day for a few days. It will flush your system. You will be in the restroom all the time, but after 4 days that will subside as well.
I will answer with a question.... Do you want to keep the weight off or just lose it temporarily? If you want to keep it off then try a Reset program Phase 1 then progress to a healthy lifestyle change and not a diet fad. #1 Excercise moderately #2 Low glycemic diet #3 High quality nutrtionals. Even 1 of 3 is going to help but if you can do the complete program you are destined for success! BY FAD quit listening to the people who suggest low carbs alone will help. It won't!!! The key is how your body burns fat. It is directley linked to blood sugars and some carbs are worse than others but you still need them
Exercise and eat right. Add more protien to your diet, but be sure to drink lots of water. And make sure you eat good carbs. As for the comment below about not eating as much, it is bad for you because if you don't eat, your body will retain the fat that you have since it's not getting the food it's used to. You need to eat small meals and snacks every 3 hours. But NOT eating is not going to help.
Go on a vegan diet such as the one by Dr. McDougall. He has about 11 books out and is a world known internalist. He has a web site at drmcdougall.com/ where you can see some of his info and read the forum board. In 9 weeks I have lost 22 lbs my cholesterol has dropped to normal ranges and my blood pressure which was on the high side is also now at a normal level. I feel great! There are also great recipe sites. I don't feel deprived at all because what I cook now and the choices I make when I go out are so flavorful. You can also check out fatfreevegan.com for recipes. Good luck!!
