If I did Cardio three days a week and Weights two times a week....??
Question: how many weeks or months till I start noticing results.
I'll go to the gym doing cardio on the treadmill of 30minutes mixture of walking and running. 3x a week
on two other days I will do weight lifting from 30 minutes to an hour.
on weekends I will take break from excercising
What will the result be?
Answers: What results do u expect? Muscle building or weight loss. U will notice them within a week but u have to Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.
