Don't cut your calories or fat intake!!!!!!!!! You would just be starving yourself. Fat and Calories or essential for sustaining life while you do not need one single carb to survive. Cut your sugars and carbs. Carbs to 20 mg and walk 5 miles a day for a week and 1/2 and the weight will be gone. You will feel light headed and crap your brains out but thats because your body will be in shock and you will getting rid of that fat quickly. You will be suprised at what you can lose in just 1 1/2 weeks and think wow it has been this easy the whole time!!!!!!!!
Don't listen to Gemma. Eating 1000 calories per day is starving your body and in the end when you start eating regular food, you'll gain weight like crazy, so don't do it unless you plan on gaining more weight. At the very least you should eat 1200 calories per day if you are female and 1500 if your male. I recommend going to this site and calculating how many calories you need in order to lose fifteen pounds.
