Is This a Good Exercise Plan??


Question: I'm think of going to my schools gym starting next week. What I plan on doing is this, Tues and Thurs, 1hr of Cardio, and Saturday Various Strenght traing

Tues and Thursday for breakfast I would have fruit and yougrut and a salad for lunch.

Is this a good start for an exercise plan.
Answers: Ya I think it sounds good. Try to drink lots of water and get a good amount of protein. Also if you want to get into shape try and eat small meals every 4 hours or healthy snacks - it keeps your metabolism going! good luck!
