How can You put on weight when u don't have appetite??
Answers: If you are trying to gain weight, eat high protein foods when you do eat. Take multivitamins to supplement the lack of nutrients going into your body. Go to the gym, lift weights to build muscle, because MUSCLE WEIGHS MORE THAN FAT!

no u can not but when u dnt not eat u tend to burp alot more so my belly is filled with gas

If you are referring to weight as like, muscle mass or bulking up Drink a whey protein shake or two a day and lift weights. Simply eating mor will make you gain weight but it will most like ly be fat. You want lean muscle mass. But be careful! dont lift too much too soon or you can seriously hurt yourself!

When you do eat, do so just before bed. Your metabolism won't burn it off. Carbs will bulk you up, like pasta and rice, not sugary stuff cause that will just make you fat.
I had to put a load of weight on once, thought it was a great laugh. Just kept eating rice pudding and natural yoghurt, its not real food so you wont need much of an appetite to get it in you.
My Granny has this problem and is terribly thin
she tries to eat digestive biccies before bed and cereal when she get up. She also tries eating sweeties.
but she eats very little and is very tired
Iron tablets, they give them to anorexics

You need to increase your appetite. Exercising, eating hot spicy foods, cinnamon, fennel all increase your appetite. Once your appetite is increased you could eat more food thus enabling you to put on your required amount of weight.
