What are some fun exercises I can do that won't completely wear me out??


Question: I am just starting on fitness and also trying to burn off some energy and just keep myself busy and focused. Are there any exercises at all that fit this category? I am getting burned out on walking already, it's fun to get out and get fresh air but I can't think of any other ideas that won't just wear me out, please help? (can't afford $50/month for gym membership)
Answers: What about bike riding or have you tried swimming? Both are lots of fun and really good for you. What ever you decide know that you are on the right track. Keeping up your physical health really improves your mental health. Good luck!

try swimming, it's a pretty intense workout, but being in the water is really therapeutic...unless ur hydrophobic. then i woudlnt suggest it =)
I love the exercise bike at the YMCA that has a back rest. I can watch TV or read a magazine while I pedal it.
I am watching the fat literally burn off my stomach and butt. And it is easy. The YMCA charges people only $6.00 a month if they can't afford it.

Oh sweetie it's so simple haven't u heard of dancercise. Just play ur fav song, lock ur room and dance for as long as you wiash and hav energy. u will find urself happier, it will be fun and u will obviously burn good amunt of calories.
there's this big ball that they promote over the tv and you can sit on it while watching and use it anywhere. the thing is it makes your abs tighter and your body's center of gravity. nonetheless it's a great workout and it saves you a lot of money, it worked for me so it will work well for you too.
