What is the best way to get ripped tone muscles??

Max out your weights. Find out exactly how much you can possibly lift (please use a spotter). Take 80% of that number and do 3 sets, 10 reps each. Be sure to stretch first, breathe correctly, eat well, only work out every OTHER day, and while lifting, switch muscle groups. For example: Start with Arm Curls, go to Box Squats, then Bench Press, Then Crunches, etc.

as far as exercise, you need to be on a strict weight lifting routine, but dont forget about your cardio work because you can build your muscles up nice but if there is a layer of fat over them then you will never see the rip. as far as diet, you need to eat A LOT of protein. I also heard muscle milk works well, i bought some at a GNC and it tastes pretty good plus it gives you a good balance of the nutrients you need to build muscles
You need a low body fat percentage. Go to www.menshealth.com and find some weight loss stuff. If you dont have much muscle yet then focus on that first (eat more). This is a very long term process so make it a lifestyle and not goal oriented challenge.
You have to lower your body percentage of fat. This is what allows your muscles to show through your skin. You have to have very little fat on your body for your stomach muscles to show.
