Dieting 101????


Question: What is the best things to eat when I am trying to loose weight? Anything I should stay away from, besides the obvious things?
Answers: best things to eat....
- water
- healthy fat
- fruit
- veggies
- be sure that you are eating enough, and not starving yourself....
-if you limit portion sizes (how much you are eating), you can pretty much eat anything. What you have to avoid is based on your own body...
excersise often..but change it up everyday, and if you have problems eating big portions at meals, eat like 4 or 5 small meals a day, plus a snack os like fruits or vegtables.
Drink at last 8 glasses of water a day. It is sooo good for you. Also don't just diet, excercise too.
