Okay, so i need some help with this...... pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeezz!!!!!!!!!...?
Question: my stomach sticks out. its not that i weigh alot, actually im normal weight wise, its just my belly that sticks out. around, tis as much as my friend who is 60 pounds heveier than me. does anyone have a quick solution to make my belly flat? my prom is on the 9th and swim trip is on the 12th. please help!!!!!!!!!! thank you tonssssss!!!!!!!!! :) ive heard that gurdles and corsets are bad for you and scrunch up your organs, so im not going there. all i nededd really is a fast way to looose inches, not fat. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Answers: Do about an hour and a half of cardiovascular work a day like running or swimming or something that causes you to be really active. This elevates your metobolism and causes you to burn fat deposits. If you have access, go to a sauna for about 30 minutes a day, if you don't have one around, get in a shower with the water as hot as possible and bask in the steam.

& i have reduced !!

Do situps with your knees bent. Do 60 a day in groups of 15-20
There is no way you can get a flat tummy that fast without surgery (not recommended). Do situps and walk a lot.
pull ups push up sit ups
You probably are constipated and don't know it. Your diet needs to change right now. Carrot juice, eat fruits and salads; eat steamed vegetables. Drink tons of water. Did you hear me? Drink tons of water. Eat small meals several times a day instead of the traditional three. Cut out all junk food, the good stuff.
