Is My Weight Normal??

Question: Im 12 and 5 foot 4. I weigh 109 pounds. Is that normal? How do I lose weight and how do I keep it off?
Answers: 1. You are NOT fat, you're very thin. You could even stand to gain some weight.
2. Eat natural foods and do a healthy amount of excercise but don't overwork your body.
3. You shouldn't pay so much attention to weight. It's how you look and how you feel about yourself that count, unless you have a distorted view of yourself, in which case you probably have or will develop an eating disorder. Which is bad. food is your friend.
Sounds like you're a little thin...A general rule of thumb is that if you're 5'0 , you should weigh 100 lbs. For every inch over 5', you should weigh 5 more pounds. At 5'4 , you should be about 120 lbs. And the more muscular you are, the more you should weigh.
ot worry about being 12 and ur not fat
If anything, you ae underweight by a few pounds. DO NOT DIET!

No Your A Fat *** Cartman!!!
Look down (without sucking in with your stomache) and if you can't see your feet over your stomache, you need to loose weight.

But it dosen't sound like you're all that heavy, just eat less food (and I DON'T mean starving yourself), and get arobic (such as, running) every other day!
Thats probley normal If I were you I would try to stay at that wieght!!
You don't need to lose any weight. You should stay as you are. HTH : )
