Which is better, diet or exercise, why.??
Answers: Actually the best remedy is a combination of both. We just have to burn more calories than we consume everyday to lose that awful fat. I have found that by exercising the first thing in the morning (like orbitrae-stationery bike etc.) and then reduce the calorie intake by even just a little, awakens the metabolism and burns the calories that I do eat better. The combined effort is the more natural and long lasting method to feel and look better. We just want to go into our reserves (excess fat) everyday to lose weight. And the combination program is easier and safer. Crash diets only increase our appetite when we stop and most of us don't have the time to exercise sufficiently over long periods of time. I believe exercise is best, since diet cann't makes ur body mussles fit, it prevent u from collestrol like that, but exercise makes ur body fit and best.
Consider this - diet means what you eat, that's it. I believe that proper nutrition combined with exercise is the best plan. So neither one is better than the other, they are both equally important.

diet and exercise together is better. I would pick diet because if u eat right it would keep you healthy as long as the diet plan is not something weird like the grapefruit diet etc. The fad dieting is the worst.
obviously exercise is better. i can say this as when you're on diet though u turn slim say after 6 to 8 months, your body becomes deficient and u'll find it hard to replenish!
