Help me please!?!?!??


Question: I need to lose 20lbs in 2 or 3 weeks.

Can you tell me how to do this. I don't care if its unhealthy!!!
Answers: I have a diet for doing this if you would be interested. However, it's very strict and includes certain foods that many people just can't stand to eat such as spinach and lots of grapefruit and eggs. If you're interested then contact me by using the email in my profile.

start drinking a boat load of water........you have to flush out all the toxins in your body........keep drinking and drinking.......you will have to exercise no matter what.........if youre not into running, get on a bike or walk.........i know people who have dropped that weight in that time frame simply b/c they tanked up on the water and walked every nite.

eat well, but watch your quantities. also do sit-ups. You can do them in increments of 25 starting at 25. Do sit-ups in the morning and at night. do not break this cycle. by your secon or third week up your sit-ups to 75 day and night. that will get you fit as a fiddle.
Make sure you eat healthy. Try fasting for about 1 or 2 days to make your stomach smaller. Drink lots of water. Go for a short walk everyday.

Best way is don't sleep too much and you have to start skipping breakfast and eat very little for dinner!

if you are that serious, then just walk 3 miles per day , eat 2500 healthy calories . No snacks! or you can eat fruits and veggies.

eating everything that comes to mind has always worked for me, but I guess Im just lucky. You should probably work out at least twice a day. eat many healthy+small meals through out the day 2.
at any given time the human digestive tract has about 10 to 15 lbs of waist .............if you would like to loose that amount of weight in that time id suggest getting a cleanse from your health food store and tiring you , you do a good thing for your body by cleaning it and its not unhealthy
do some sort of strenous workout for at least 2 hours a day, eat nothing but fruit and water and fresh leafy vegetables but don't eat a whole bushel of grapes in one sitting or like 5 apples as a meal, more like eat an apple for breakfast a few grapes for lunch and another apple and leafy vegetables for dinner and if you must have a snack eat some more grapes....that's it

please don't do anything unhealthy. its not worth it. even if there is a guy behind it, believe me, the guy shouldn't care how skinny you are or not - he should like you for yourself. but either way, all of us want to look good, so here are some tips. i think you can do it without being unhealthy anyway, if you have 3 weeks (i'm obviously not a health expert bcs i have no idea about how much you can lose in 3 weeks, but i know all of these work. ive done them).

you should always drink a glass of water before each meal. I don't know how, but this has always helped me with my eating habits, and so i eat less at each meal.

by no means exclude any meals: the healthiest way to eat is by eating six small meals a day. if you are in school then you can limit that to four. small breakfast, small lunch, small after school snack, small dinner. if you skip any of the main three meals, then you will probably feel lazy bcs you did not eat anything to keep you energized. don't eat big meals either.

if you run each morning, it will raise your motabolism each day. don't eat alot of snacks during the day, but if you run you will be hungrier. exercise is the best way to lose weight.

and finally, EAT BREAKFAST. i have alot of friends who don't eat breakfast because they don't get up early enough, or they think it will help them lose weight, but breakfast is actually the meal that raises your motablism for the day. even if you run, also eat your breakfast. it will help. dinner is the only meal that you really shouldn't eat too much on.

doing all of these can really help. especially the water one. it has helped me alot. i admit i am only sixteen, but i'm fit and happy, so just remember not to lose too much weight though. no guy likes an anorexic. (also, I'm a terrible athlete. just thought i'd throw that in there bcs i sound like a health freak, or some athletic person. i'm not, really. i just like to look healthy)

My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.

On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.

The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!

Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.

Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.

Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!
