Ab muscles are too big??


Question: I workout regularly and do 30 minutes of various kinds of cardio. I also do a lot of ab workout to get a flatter stomach. I'm not cut but I am certainly not chubby, however I've noticed that I have a hard stomach but it bulges a little. I can see a six pack, but it sticks out like I have huge stomach muscles.

Does anyone know how to reduce these big stomach muscles?
Answers: Sounds like a real problem. I'd say probably do more cardio to burn calories and become leaner. I guess if you think your stomach muscles are too big, maybe cut down on your ab work and redirect your workouts to another muscle group.
Lol just stop working them out?

Or start running alot
