Aeorobic classes at the gym??


Question: i just started to take them - how ever, when i do anything overhead i feel like im going to pass out..any ideas why??
also are these classes as good
Answers: You are probably getting a low blood sugar thats making you feel wobbly. Try eating complex carbs about an hour before class (granary bread, wholewheat pasta, long grain rice). that should stop the dizzyness if its low blood sugar causing it. If it still happens then go to your doctor for a check up on your blood pressure;
