How to diet??
Question: how to maintain or less your weight and body figure??
Answers: You want to know what the ultimate secret is? Do you WANT to lose weight? Do you want a nice, thin, and trim figure? Then I'll tell you what the best way is! What I did, was found out (through a calculator on the Internet) what my daily calorie intake need was, and then I subtracted exactly 500 calories from that amount. I was a 5'3 woman and I was moderately active, so I needed about 1700 calories a day in order to maintain my weight. To subtract 500, that means I can only eat 1200 a day. Then, every day (or every other day) I did simple exercises that took me about 15 minutes, and that was all. I lost 22 pounds in 4 months, and my family still can't believe how skinny I look. It wasn't even hard, either. I ate pizza, pasta, cake, ice cream, chocolate, pie...anything I wanted! JUST as long as I didn't have more than 1200 a day.
I was just tired of being overweight, and where there's a will there's a way.
P.S. This site also helps with calorie counting...it saved my life many times when I didn't know how many calories was in, let's say, and apple - which doesn't have a nutritional fact label on it.

eat everything in moderation it works don't excessivly eat and if ur eating cause your board get a hobby trust me comming from a person who knows. don't diet where u have to take the foods u love away just eat healty as well and only eat those fatty and junk foods once and a blue moon. like i said MODERATION. Its all about calories burned vs. calories taken in. A good place to help is www.fitday.com, you can learn how to calculate how many calories your body needs and how much it is burning based on your own body type and activity level, then reduce that amount by exercise or by eating less (or both). There is no quick fix and every diet comes down to burning more than you take in.
eat good food (not pop or candy if you have to a little) and work out that is the key with losing weight but make sure you work out to lean that body out. if you are having a hard time with cutting down food start your meals with a big cup of water fills up up quicker makes you eat less plus eat 5 small meals a day
