Can Anyone tell me what to do to get muscle all over??

how about starting eating something...like high protein(2gm for every kg of body weight) and low carb(if u want to build lean muscle) and pumping some iron, go for creatine and other advanced supplements after pushing iron for atleast 4 to 6 months, coz, they might screw up ur systems if u ain't used to them...
