Does drinking diet soda really work??
Question: wut r the pros and cons of diet soda?
Answers: PRO - no calories, With a regular soda you get about 250 calories. With Diet you get zero.
CON - diet soda is sweetened with aspartame, aspartame is supposively supposed to make your brain have holes in it and your children come out deformed. They did tests on lab rats that showed negative mental side effects and the amount of aspartame they we're given was equal to about two hundred diet sodas a day.... so don't do that.

no matter how few calories there are for you, drinking soda's is still not good for you. If you really want to lose weight, or be healthy, just drink water or juice...
They say with diet soda you often are fooled into thinking you can eat more calories since the soda has none and tend to over eat with it. Try drinking water instead as it is healthier for you.
Work in what sense? It has fewer calories than regular soda, but it isn't a magic potion to make you lose weight, if that's what you mean. Try drinking water instead. It's actually GOOD for you.

Diet Soda is TERRIBLE!! It's more fattening then regular coke. The only difference is that diet soda has no sugar, but aspertaine. Which is worse... Just don't drink soda period.. It dissolves your bone marrow.

pros- no calories no sugar no carbs no fat cons- the ingriedients they put in the soda to take the sugar calories and fats out of it are making the soda even less hea;thy then regular coke. another con is that if you drink more than 32 oz of diet coke a day u will get an urge for sugar because of the lack of it in the product, and actually eat more of it than u would have if u drank regular soda. so if u r going to drink diet drink 32 oz a day or less, even tho its gt no calories even tho its got no calories the same goes with fat free milk
