Who else is sick of omega 3??
Answers: you might be sick of it but it is making my health a hundred times better. Im 59 have heart trouble. high colosterol, and diabeties.
Since I went on a course of omega 3 capsules and cod liver oil capsules. my colosterol has dropped dramatically and my blood sugar has dropped remarkably lower.
I got sick of eating fish,and switched to the tablets and my health has increased.
Better to be sick of omega 3 and take them than to end up like me at 50+ sick and in bad health condition, and trying to repair the damage too many curries and one to many drinks had on me.
Be smart live longer and in better health, Omega 3 is a proven health improver.
