Is it true that the BMI is no longer an accurate predictor for the risk of a heart attack??

Question: Some researchers have proposed that WHR (Waist to Hip Ratio) is more useful to predict where we actually store the fat in our body. If it is stored in the mid-section, we have higher risk of developing a heart disease
Answers: BMI cannot accurately predict risks for a heart attack because it's just a height/weight ratio which doesn't account for what's muscle and what's fat and how you're built. a waist hip ratio is supposed to be more accurate because the more fat around your waist is supposed to make you more likely for a heart attack- but this still isn't the most accurate indicator. The best way is to go and talk to your doctor.
only indepth test can really tell anything
