Has anyone used the firm dvds??


Question: I love them but the incoperate weighs. And It seems like my legs are bulking up. I only use 3 5 an 10 pound weights. What should I do
Answers: Are you using The Firm fanny lifter DVD series? If so,that is why your legs are getting in shape. When your working the lower body just use the lower weight ( 3 or 5) and use the heavier weight for your upper body.
I have the Firm Body System 2 w/ Fanny lifter and I love this workout, cause it really does help to shape your body, particularly your lower body. It (for me) has shaped my thigh & booty.
