How can I stay fit??


Answers: try so set a goal like me. start running a mile 3 times a week. and time your self u will be amaze at how long it takes u to run a mile if u r not fit.about 8-12min
but after u r in condition it will take u about 4-6 min. it takes me about 5 min. and i'm not skinny at all. and that also helps your heart.

exercise, maintain a proper sleeping and eating schedule, eat more fruits, lay off the sweets, go out, run or go to the gym.

Find a type of exercize you really enjoy doing. Otherwise you will get bored and quit.

I think making an effort to exercise is the most positive way to stay fit - try anything from walking more than an hour a day to light cardio or weights. Staying fit is a mentality - you have to make room for it everyday - like sleeping to eating. Once you have a routine it becomes part of your life.
