What is the best exercise to loss weight in thighs and legs??
Answers: cardio. run!!!
treadmill
Squats and Lunges probably if your mainly trying to stimulate those muscles. Although something on top of that like jogging, riding a bike or using a treadmill would probably move the weight loss part of things quicker.
jog as much as u cn..cycle weneva u get the time n always use the stairs in buildings, malls,theaters,home..avoid escalators n elevators!
many have mistaken running and cycling to be a great way to loose weight in thighs and legs but working it out actually makes your thighs and legs thicker.
consider swimming!!!
cardio. Also, go to the gym and do leg work outs with the machine. Get more information from a personal trainer on the correct way to work out.
I've been doing a form of water aerobics called Pliometrics since June. It's very new and not available except in Connecticut right now--my personal trainer actually was trained by the founder of the exercise. But it's not unlike regular water aerobics, except that FORM is valued over SPEED. When you can do each exercise perfectly, then you go faster (as long as your form is still perfect)--unlike regular water aerobics which is all about how fast you can go. Also, in Pliometrics, you must keep your stomach muscles as tight as possible during all exercises.
My legs and hips have slimmed dramatically from about 3-4 hours in the pool a week. I have details of my workout on my blog (below).
