I've been lifting weights and seen very slow progress.??

Question: How do i get a prescription of some juice ? What do I ask the doctor and what doctor should I go to?
Answers: Give it a chance. You don't get fit in just four minutes.
it takes years sometimes, keep at it every other day.
No doctor in their right mind would give you it. The long term damage it would do to you isn't worth it. Just look up all those old wrestlers from the 80's most of them died in there early 40's.
Juice?? Look, forget the juice. I strength train too, and was frustrated with my slow progress. Then I went on the Zone diet and I TRANSFORMED my body FAST. Within a couple of weeks, I looked like a totally different person. This diet is given to professional athletes, inluding in the Olympics.

Ya don't need any juice.
Lifting a barbell 20 times once a week isn't gonna do a damn thing. You have to lift that barbell at least, at least 100 times per day, 6 days per week, for at least 2 months and then you'll see a difference.

Plus as you work out, your body uses up its energy and reserves. If you are not replenishing these then you are gonna go no where working out. If you feel burn in the muscles, then that means you are burning up reserved sugars in the muscle and instead of building them, you are destroying them as fast as they are being created.

Increase your milk intake greatly. Increase your meat content greatly. After you do a work out drink chocolate milk, least a quart and eggs are good after wards.

Nothing is over night. I use to speed skate as a kid and recently got back into the sport. I skate at least 3 times a week and just now after 1.5 yrs my legs are just now starting to get their old muscle form again. Give it time....any pill, drink mix, juice, steroid you take will only hurt you in the long run.
They sell juice at the store, orange, apple, or tomato.
bro, everyone starts out slow lifting...its a lot of mechanical reasons, but when you get used to lifting the correct way, with the muscle increase, thats when you see your weight numbers go up, just give it some time, mostly everyone has to go through it, when they start liftin, forget the juice
