Am i to thin if i'm 18 years old ,161 cm tall , 47 kg ??


Question: do i have anorexia or what? i hate food and i always have constipation.
Answers: it sounds like you are on the thin side. but its impossible to tell from just that information.
do you have anorexia? i don't really think you will find the answer to that here. if you have any doubt i would strongly suggest talking to a doctor or proffesional in that field.
hating food does not sound like a particularly healthy attiude for an 18 year old, having constipation can be a sign of a lack of roughage in your diet.
sorry...i don't mean to sound like a moany pessimist but i would really advise you to talk to your doctor and potentially stop anything like anorexia before it gets outta hand....easy for me to say i know
Wow that's about 103 pounds...but you are about 5'2 also. I would say you might be a little on the thin side. I'm 20 and about 5'3 and 110 pounds. I wouldn't say you are at the point of having anorexia or any other eating disorder though. Maybe you just aren't eating the right foods. Try some food with more fiber in it, like broccoli or a fiber supplement, to help with the constipation.

You just fine!! I am 5'2 and I weigh 95 pounds which is 43-45 kg!!! We are just about PERFECTT!!!
Hm hate food?? Well normally anoexics love food but shun it because they are scared of it...and constipation is probably due in part that you probably do not eat vegetables since you hate food I dont think veggies would be your #1 choice if you did decide to eat.
If you want to stay at your weight and get regular, I would try coming up with a nutritious diet full of a lot of fiber, and example:
Breakfast: scrambled egg and eggwhites with vegetables mixed in and a slice of whole grain toast
Lunch: Large salad with many different types of veggies and some lean protien and a slice of whole wheat toast, or whole grain crackers(if you must)
Dinner: Steamed assorted vegetables with lean meat or fish and maybe a WHOLE GRAIN roll....I think you get the picture, veggies and whole grains are where the fiber is AT and will kick constipation to the curb!!! Just be sure to introduce fiber into your diet slowly because too quickly and you may get diarrea...There is a happy medium, I swear! haha!
