How can i lose a lot of pounds fast??


Question: i wan to lose a lot of fat very fast and i dont care about messing up my hart or any thing else to lose the weght how can i do this
Answers: Stop Eating or do alot of Cardio activity, or both
stop eating
Eat celery and work out 3 hours a day
Amputate something.
easiest way is this >> every liquid you drink is Water every thing you eat is less fat and diet stuff.. and exercise 2 times a day for like a couple weeks you will lose weight fast.. and serving sizes eat half of what you normally eat and except it.. number one thing is to stick with it .. if you dont stick with it , its point less .

i dont at all approve of what you want to do, however shitty it is to be however fat you are messing up your heart and all your organs is worse. also there really isnt a way to loose a lot of weight fast except to stop eating.
Look 4 weight loss products containing ephedrine ,but hey use it 2 wks on and 2wks off , that S*** can F**K you up 4 no more than 2mos. make healthier food choices and use a treadmill
Unfortunately the best way is input vs output. Make sure you don't consume more kilojoules than you can burn off. Limit yourself to how much you eat and increase the exercise levels. If you want to lose weight fast then you would be best to work out like they do on The Biggest Loser- eg: about 5 hours per day.
If that doesn't sound good to you then try jogging, slowly building how long you go for it shifts weight so quickly.
Or you can always try crash dieting like The South Beach Diet- I did it and lost 8 kg in 2 weeks, it's hard to stick to and you have to slowly re introduce all banned foods after 3 weeks. Make sure you research crash diets before you decide to do one.

Dont starve yourself...because then your body starts storing fats because it fears that if you keep starving yourself, there will be no energy resource... it stores for later use...

Begin your day with water & lemon juice with honey...take a walk in fresh air......Eat a bowl of fresh, fresh fruits & drink a glass of skim milk for brekkie....

try to do as much activity as possible during the day...if u feel hungry drink water.....avoid banana mango & avocado....

Eat steamed sprouts with a fresh veggie salad at dinner.....at tea time you could go for low fat yogurt.....

remember...drink a lot of water...u can wash the kilos away

Exercising is really important too...skipping, cycling, running are cool...dont go for swimming very often.....try crunches, pull ups, sit ups, n push ups...search the net for a good exercise program........
Well, you should care about messing up your heart and the other health risks that go along with losing weight too fast because it's a pretty big deal. I suppose that losing weight depends on how much exactly you are wanting to lose and how you define very fast . I mean, are we talking hours, days, weeks, months, etc.? The best thing you can do is exercise, drink lots of water every day, eat more greens, and watch the size of your food portions. If you can't run or jog then try a bicycle or go to the nearest mall and shop without buying anything. I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it.
1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.

Although there are no magic potions to losing weight...Try eating healthy well balanced portioned meals as well as snacking on fresh fruit and Veggies.
Keep sweets and unhealthy snacks out of your home to make it easier to resist them.
Keep bottled water in the fridge at all times (stay away from soda...even diet soda) since they aren't good for your body anyway.
keep track of the calories and fat on everything that you put in your shopping cart.
Be sure to keep a journal of everything that you consume in your body throughout the day and try to cut out that amount a little each day.
Remember that losing weight is a life-changing experience and it doesn't happen overnight.
Also, be sure to get some form of exercise in your daily schedule and that will help you too.
