MACROBIOTIC diet! anyone ? can you loose weight on it ? how does it work??

Answers: i have no clue about this diet but i do know from watching my friends lose weight and the best I've seen is weightwathers you can eat what you ant but just smaller portions.one of my friends lost 120lbs she looks amazing and another lost 60lbs and she on her way to what she wants to be both in less than a year..losing weight should be your choice if your not happy with yourself then lose the weight bit don't lose the weight if you think ill make you more attractive...cause along with weight loss comes a whole new attitude you just go from being sweet and nice to being a b#@#h..one of my friends did and we almost lost our friendship...so just remember not to lose yourself with the weight....
