I am 13 and about 175lbs. 5'3" what's the best excersice food for me to loose weight??

Question: i play soccer about 3-4 times a week
Answers: dont eat a lot
Jog at least 20mins a day, practice weight lifting using Hi reps low weights. Example: 100 curls at 10 lbs. Eat 6 small meals a day so your metabolism is always going instead of 3 big meals.
good to play scoccor but should excersise dont eat alot, but apples and carrots ... are good
eat healthy....ORGANIC, for example.

stop eating junk-food crap. do push-ups and sit-ups EVERY MORNING AND NIGHT.
well I would talk to your doctor first. Your still growing too! but I would cut down on portions and continue playing soccer.
I am also 13, last year I had a growth spurt and now I am as skinny as a toothpick. I am now to the point where I am too skinny. Once you go through a growth spurt, you will be just fine. Try to eat six small meals a day(6 200-300) calorie meals which is actually not even that much. Try to stay away from the junk food. Once you have done that for sometime, you begin to not like it anymore and lose a ton of weight.
slow down on your portions of food. control your cravings.
im 17 and was 5''6 and 185 pounds and lost about 50 pounds. i bought a weight watchers flex points book and followed the point system. this is the only diet that will really teach u how to eat for the rest of your life. diets like like atkins and suzzane summers arent practical and wont last. i also jogged twice a day for about 20 minutes and did sit-ups and push- ups. remember if u cheat ur only cheating yourself. GOOD LUCK!
Definitely talk to a Dr before doing anything drastic.

As for food. The crunchy stuff works really well. Apples, celery, carrots... Try cutting some carrots and celery in the morning and putting it in a container in the fridge. If you need a quick snack there it is. Think about what you are eating. Do you remember the food pyramid? Model what you eat on that. At your age your priority should be eating healthy 90% of the time. Try to be aware of bad habits. I know what its like .... After the game every one goes out for burgers, or maybe you have take out with your friends on the weekend. Plan for this. Try to think of solution.

Set realistic goals. Aim for healthy not skeletal.

Muscle weighs more than fat. Remember that and let your mirror and how you feel help you decide if you have finished.

It can be really hard, but trust me the older you get, the harder it is to shift the weight. GOOD LUCK You will feel some much better for doing this
try eating no or lean meats like fish and chicken. fish is really good for you. full of protein. eat whole wheat bread and lots of veggies. if you are busy, salads are good on the go, as are fresh, bite sized veggies. also, exercise with a friend. it will keep you motivated
I'd guess walking and swimming to start. Check with your doctor and your school's coaches. You're carrying a good deal of weight for your size, so you want to be careful. An injury may just compound your problems. Also, you're likely to grow another 6 to 10 inches, so a careful plan can multiply the positive results.
Lots of water, green tea, and fruits and vegetables!
