What is the best exercise to loose fat on my arms??

walking, power walks, running. a few miles a day should do it. take the scenic route, its more enjoyable that way.

You can tone specific areas such as your arms by doing curls for your biceps and lift weights in the direction behind you for your triceps.
Weight lifting. You don't need anything heavy, the 3-5 pound weights are great. A cardio machine that excercises both the upper and lower portion of your body, their is an excercise rubber band that you can use. There are also other types of excercise equipment used for toning the upper body. I have been doing the weights for 20 minutes a day it has been two weeks. ...i have been persistent about it and I am seeing good results.
